Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The QR opens a web page in whatever browser their phone already has. That's the whole reason it works on a crowded festival ground.
What if the venue's internet is bad?
Expo halls are hostile to WiFi, so we plan for it: the stall screen keeps working on a phone hotspot, and we test your connection during setup rather than on opening night.
Can I still take cash?
Yes. Cash stays exactly as it is. Lepaq records the order and the queue number, and you settle however you already do.
How long does setup take?
Send us your menu and we build it. Most stalls are live the same day; for an event we'd rather have it done one week before doors open.
My staff aren't technical.
The stall screen has three buttons: Accept or Reject for the pending order, then Ready. If someone can use WhatsApp, they can run the board, and we train your team on site for events.
